Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

Fees and Payment: Exhibitor agrees to pay all fees associated with the selected package. Invoices will be issued upon confirmation.

Cancellation and Refunds: All exhibitor fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date or reason. By submitting the Exhibitor Confirmation Form, Exhibitor acknowledges that its commitment is binding and that no refunds or credits will be issued.

Organizer Cancellation: Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the event. In such cases, Organizer may, at its discretion, offer rescheduling or credit toward a future event; however, no refunds will be issued.
